This staffing agency operates from Den Bosch to connect talent and employers in Noord-Brabant. They focus on technology, logistics and production, with a strong international character. The atmosphere is open, direct and Brabant-style: no stiff office culture, but a place where hard work and laughter go hand in hand.
The team consists of different nationalities. Short lines, lots of freedom and room for initiative are the norm. They have their own gym, a modern open office space and tackle things as they are. Every other week there's a Friday afternoon drink and they invest in development, including Dutch lessons if you need them.
The position has arisen due to growth. The team needs extra hands to continue matching international talent with employers in the region.
More about your day
You start the week by setting priorities: which vacancies need attention, where are the opportunities? You mainly work with warm leads, so candidates who have already shown interest. That means you can get started right away.
- You search for, approach and guide candidates for technical, logistics and production positions
- You conduct intake interviews in Spanish, Portuguese or English and assess CVs
- You schedule appointments and keep candidates enthusiastic throughout the entire recruitment process
- You create clear candidate profiles for the account managers, so they can make strong proposals
- You stay in touch with candidates during the application and hiring procedure, even after they've had their interview

What you bring to the table
You don't have to be the best HR specialist yourself, that's what colleagues are for. Rather someone who knows how to get and keep a candidate enthusiastic, who understands the commercial game and genuinely wants to help people find work. In addition, you have:
- At least MBO 4 working and thinking level
- Good command of English and Spanish or Portuguese
- Demonstrable commercial experience, whether in recruitment, sales or another customer-facing role
- Persuasiveness and perseverance. When a candidate hesitates, you know which chord to strike
